How To Make Pic To Cartoon in Photoshop In 5 Minutes

I stumbled upon this Here and i decided to share with you guys here


Step One
Open the image on any on the CS Photoshop, and click B for brush and resize the brush to 2px or 3px

Step Two
hold ctrl+shift+N for new layer and name it Outline or draw

Step Three
click P for Pen tool and trace the image

when done right click and click Stroke Path and choose brush on the dropdown box and check the Simulate Pressure

and it will look like this

then press ctrl+shift+N for new layer and name it background put it under your trace image layer and make your foreground color white, and press shift+backspace and fill that layer with white and it will look like this

and make new layer for the skin and cloth and hair and eye and set the blend mode to Multiply and use I for eye droper tools and pick the color of the skin,cloth,hair etc, when you set the blend mode to multiply it will now cover the drawing lines, when done it will look like this
